Develop a long-term plan to address College Hill code enforcement, parking, infrastructure, walkability and neighborhood small business development.​

Accomplished:

• Performed regular walk audits to assess conditions and inform recommendations for improved walkability (ongoing)

• Improved lighting conditions with repair and addition of fixtures

• Replaced four public litter containers and provided funding for ongoing service

• Provided oversight for code enforcement efforts (ongoing)

• Planned a pedestrian/bicycle count to inform recommendations for sidewalk improvements

• Developed an MOU to ensure continuity of all efforts

In Progress:

• Working to address appearances of fraternity dumpsters

• Developing an annual calendar for season emphasis
